ZSK or Clamshell Gate Kits
When there are test points on both the top and the bottom of the board, a clamshell, or ZSK, gate kit is required. These kits are very similar to our vacuum gate kits, except the Lexan top plate is replaced with a sheet of G10, making this surface suitable for mounting receptacles, transfer pins and inducers. Due to the differences in components, each is listed below.
ZSK420UN
This gate is designed for the Genrad or Teradyne fixture kits FKGR1620 or FKGR2030C and provides a UUT area of 15" x 9.75".
