Vacuum Gate Kits
In instances when there are a high number of probes, or high probe forces, the vacuum-gated fixture is often superior in performance to the backer gate or over clamp. With that in mind, RNS is offering the same kit that it uses for vacuum fixtures. These kits are identical in every respect, except the finishing of the fixture is up to the purchaser. Due to the differences in components, each is listed below.
VK420UN
This gate is designed for the Genrad or Teradyne fixture kits FKGR1620 or FKGR2030C and provides a UUT area of 15" x 9.75".
The kit includes:
• Bottom gate frame
• Top gate frame
• Latching handle assembly

This gate is designed for the KFHP3070S fixture kit and provides a UUT area of 15" x 11".
