ACCURACY

Currently we are able and guarantee to hit 18 Mil targets, but we already built fixtures for 15 Mil (even 12 Mil) test pads in utilizing guided probe technology in single sided and dual sided applications.

The smallest probe size we currently incorporate is 25 Mil. 40 and 50 Mil test probes are standard in fixtures built by RNS International.
RNS always is in the forefront in fixture development when targets and probes are getting smaller and smaller.

SIX SIGMA

We have completed a Six Sigma review by one of our major customers and due to the high accuracy of our drilling and our “super guidance system”.
We can offer probing of 15 Mil targets. We have the technology and confidence to offer this technology in most applications.
