We have created functional fixtures suitable for testing:

• Components only
• Cable assemblies
• Completed PCB assemblies
• Completed units

The launching pad for our functional design is the particular application. From here. we can customize the fixtures for virtually any requirement or contingency.

Our expertise enables us to design functional fixtures with the same care and concern used to create our ICT fixtures. An additional service we offer is the restoration and updating of existing fixtures manufactured by other vendors.
We have extensive experience not only modernizing such fixtures but also
improving them.

Whether the requirement involves interfacing with current functional equipment. assisting with selecting or updating functional systems. or simply minimizing the labor in current functional testing. RNS and its partners are staffed and prepared to execute the necessary task.

At RNS we are equipped to adapt existing fixtures to newly automated systems. We have taken fixtures from other vendors and update this utilizing new technology to improve performance.

While we are known mostly for the quality of our ICT fixtures. our functional fixtures are equally as sturdy and reliable. Most of the functional fixtures we design are covered by proprietary agreements.
